How will I place a deposit under a Reverse Query?

You will be able to view the rates offered to your query on the Reverse Query tab on the "My Account" link (select My Account on the top right corner of the home page screen). Note, each repsonse will also have a validity period (expiry date) and these offers will not be avlid after the validity date specified by the Partner Bank.

You can accept an offer after you have reviewed the responses and you will be directed to the order generation page. Once you have updated the deposit details, the order will be generated, and you should ensure that required funds are transferred to the Custodian account. Once the funds are sighted by the Custodian, the deposit order will be executed with the Partner Bank and you willreceive a notification once the deposit is confirmed.
