When will the funds be transferred for a Pooled Campaign in case the funds are sent to the Custodian Bank before the validity date?

The funds will be transferred by the Custodian to the Partner Bank on achieving the Pooled value stipulated by the Partner Bank or on achieving the tranche value stipulated in the Campaign.
