Why is my account locked and how do I unlock it?

For security reasons, your account will be locked for 15 minutes in case you enter an incorrect password 3 times consecutively. The account will automatically be unlocked after 15 minutes. In case the account is not unlocked automatically, please contact Operations team on email at [e-mail].
