Excel Template
1. Log in to your account and click on "Published Rates" option on the top right section of the home page. You can view existing rates on the "Published Rates" page. You can publish new rates by clicking on the "Upload New Rates" button and selecting the following parameters for the deposit rates:
- the type of deposit;
- the currency for deposits; and
- the validity date of the deposit rates.
2. Udate the rates in the excel based standard template, shared with your Bank at the time of onboarding, and upload this excel sheet using the "Choose File" option.
3. You can also upload detailed information/ product information related to the deposit rates as a pdf document at the time of uploading the rates.
4. Once all details have been updated, click on the "Publish Interest rates" button. Once the rates are uploaded, the rates are reviewed internally and are put on hold for 30 minutes. During this time, the rates proposed to be published are sent by email to all the authorisers in the Partner Bank for review. The rates are made live by DepositBook 30 minutes, after upload, on the Platform and can be subsequently viewed by Depositors.
Editing existing rates
1. Log in to your account and click on "Published Rates" on the top right section of the home page. You can view existing rates on the "Published Rates" page and can edit rates by clicking on the "Edit Existing Rates" option.
2. Once the rates have been edited, click on the "Publish Interest rates" button. Once the rates are uploaded, the rates are reviewed internally and are put on hold for 30 minutes. During this time, the rates proposed to be published are sent by email to all the authorisers in the Partner Bank for review. The rates are made live by DepositBook 30 minutes, after upload, on the Platform and can be subsequently viewed by Depositors.
