As part of the onboarding process, the Partner Bank is required to upload the following documents:
- Contract between the Bank and DepositBook
- Board Resolution and Articles of Association
- List of staff who have been nominated as users, super-users and authorisers by the Bank – (Please see "Type of Users" for more information) this can be in the form of a Board Resolution or an instruction letter on the official letterhead along with the CEO’s or an equivalent authority’s signature and stamp
- Identification documents for the list of users – nominated by the Bank
