A Bare Trust account (i.e. Nominee Account) is an account opened by the Custodian with the Partner Bank to place deposits in the capacity of a Trustee on behalf of the underlying Depositors. This type of account enables the Custodian to make deposits on behalf of the Depositors with the Depositors having full control over the deposits at any point in time.
